To which countries can we ship orders?

We ship orders to all countries within the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the Czech Republic.

We also ship to the United Kingdom.

What is your return policy?

At Le Marais, the legal return period of 14 days is applied. Always make sure items still have all original tags and labels and are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Tip: send your return insured.

Returns are not free at Le Marais because Le Marais stands for a sustainable policy. Furthermore, our knowledgeable staff is always ready to offer advice.

How do I return an item?

Make sure that all items still have the original tags and labels and that they are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Don't forget to fill out the return form.

Place the item back in its original packaging (shoe box, plastic bag, etc.).) and then pack it in a sturdy box.

Bring your return package to one of the parcel stores of bpost, UPS, GLS, PostNL or Colissimo. Good to know: you can return multiple orders in one box. Stick one return label on the outside of the package and put the other return label in the box.
