You have a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item. You can do this via our return portal. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the parcel.
1. SIGN UP
Via our returns portal on the website. Enter your order number and email address (as stated on the invoice) and follow the steps. Want to be sure of your belongings? Insure the parcel by registered post. We do not reimburse parcels that are lost in the post and not received by us.
CHOOSE SHOP CREDIT?
If you choose to use store credit, you will receive a free return label. If you would like to exchange a product for something else, you can use this credit for this purpose. PLEASE NOTE: If you have chosen store credit, we cannot offer a refund.
2. PACKING
Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and include the order number. Stick the address label on a visible spot on the parcel or use the code you receive after completing the steps via our portal.
3. SEND
Go to one of the selected PostNL, DHL or DPD service points and send your parcel. If you don't know where you want to send the parcel yet, choose Self-post. You then pay at the Post point itself.
4. REFUND
As soon as the product has been received in our warehouse, the refund will be initiated.
*Is the product damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Please indicate this clearly so that we can send you a free return label.
