Orders & Processing
- Processing time: Orders received on business days before 3:00 PM are typically processed the same day. Orders after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day and always within 24 hours.
- Delivery days: In the Netherlands and Belgium, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday (depending on the chosen shipping option).

Delivery Times (Indicative)
- PostNL (Netherlands):
- Packages: usually within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday.
- DHL
- DHL (Europe): usually delivery within 2-4 business days. Shipping is always within 24 hours. Above times are indicative from the moment of shipping. Le Marais is not responsible for customs delays or delays in case of payment rejection, but we do our best to minimize any delay.
Additional Information
- Customs and import duties: For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply. The recipient is responsible for these potential additional costs.
- Free shipping: The total amount of your order must reach the mentioned threshold to qualify for free shipping.
- Undeliverable address: In the exceptional case that delivery proves impossible, you will be notified by the carrier or our customer service.
Returns
- We advise to always send returns insured. Until your return has been delivered to us, the risk of loss or damage lies with the sender (the customer).
- If a returned package is lost or damaged before it is delivered to us, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
